REPORTING

The role will be reporting to the manager of the Kit Factory

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

An opportunity has arisen for someone to become part of the Production Equipment team at The Kit Factory This multi-disciplined role will cover a variety of driving duties while also working on loading and prepping the Kit for various shoots and events over London.

A clean UK driving licence is essential for this position. You must be at least 21-25 years old to apply for this role due to our insurance requirements.

You will have an excellent understanding of the meaning of customer service and be able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy and professional environment. You will take pride in maintaining a professional, polished and friendly manner for all clients that you work with, and your confidence and exceptional customer service will allow them an outstanding experience.

This role will require flexibility with shift start times due to the nature of the business and client call times. Some evenings or weekend work may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving

● Responsibility as the key driver for an electric van for the delivery and collection of Production Equipment

● Collecting craft from Booker and working from a list.

Production kit

● Helping Prep, load, and delivery of The production kit as well as helping unload upon delivery

QUALIFICATIONS

● A clean UK driving licence

SKILLS

● Must be confident driving and manoeuvring large vehicles/ vans.

● Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Gmail, Calendars).

● Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.

● Proactive and resourceful.

● Great communicator who can build rapport with clients and colleagues.

● Excellent communication skills with clients and staff.

● Enthusiasm and positivity.

● Professional telephone manner and well-presented.

● Excellent team player.

EXPERIENCE

● 1 - 2 years of hospitality experience.

● 2 years of driving experience of a similar nature.
