The Mortgage Home is a reputable firm of mortgage, protection, and general insurance advisers. Based in Skipton, North Yorkshire, we provide whole-of-market advice to individuals and companies across the UK, with particular expertise in the buy-to-let sector.

The Role

As a Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in supporting our mortgage advisers by conducting research, liaising with lenders, and ensuring smooth application processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis for mortgage advisers based on client needs
Communicate with lenders to understand criteria and product options
Assist in the preparation and submission of mortgage applications via lender portals
Support advisers in delivering tailored solutions to clients
Stay up-to-date with market trends and mortgage products
Provide administrative support as required

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with experience in financial services. You will have:

Previous financial services experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
The ability to work well within a team and independently
Keen interest in progressing into a Mortgage Adviser role
Experience with lender portals (desirable)
