Harrogate Store – Must live within a commutable distance

Salary Circa £22k Dependent on Experience

Full-time 5 days per week (including weekends on a rota basis)

38-40 hours per week (9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, flexibility required, especially in summer)

Greet and assist brides and their parties, providing exceptional customer service Conduct bridal consultations to understand each bride’s vision and preferences Manage the client journey from initial consultation to final fitting Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our bridal collections and designers Coordinate and schedule appointments, fittings, and alterations Provide personalised styling advice and recommendations Handle sales transactions and ensure accurate processing of payments Manage inventory, including receiving new stock and updating records Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a memorable experience Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the boutique’s appearance Utilise social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, to promote the boutique Handle administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to emails Ideal Candidate:
