PSV/HGV Mechanic required at Stephensons of Essex Ltd - An award winning company within the Transport industry

We are looking to recruit a skilled PSV / HGV Mechanic to work at our Haverhill depot.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-going repair and maintenance on a varied fleet of buses including ADL Enviro 200, Scania N94, Scania E400, Optare Solo.

Undertaking Vehicle maintenance, servicing, running repairs and body work.

Prompt repair of all defective vehicles to the highest standard.

Ensure vehicles are maintained in accordance with the Company Operators Licence guidelines.

Ensure all repairs to company vehicles are carried out in a timely manner.

Have an ability to work to the highest Health & Safety standards.

Prep & Presentation for DVSA annual tests

PCV license holder desirable though training is available for the right candidate

40 or 45hr/wk Monday-Friday
Rotational Saturday On-call (with supplement paid)
Overtime opportunities available
No Sundays or Bank Holiday working
Weekly paid
Full time position

Free bus travel on Stephensons buses
