Investment Administrator

Salary range up-to £30,000 plus benefits

On behalf of a well-established and professional client, Reward Recruitment is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Investment Administrator who is detail-focused to join their investment team. In this role, you will be vital in supporting the financial advisers and ensuring client portfolios operate smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare regular operational reports for the board of directors and investment committee.

2. Managing and resolving client queries in a professional and timely manner.

3. Assisting the investment manager with both quantitative and qualitative research on the model portfolios and their underlying funds.

4. Processing clients' application forms and investment transactions, adhering to strict SLAs.

5. Liaising effectively with investment advisers, third-party providers, and custodians.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

7. Assist with meeting preparation, which includes producing reports and taking meeting minutes.

8. Proactively identify and address potential issues with the investment administration process.
