Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accountant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone looking to expand their professional qualifications and take their career to the next level. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a variety of clients and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation & submission of Accounts / Tax Returns: Handle accounts and tax returns for Sole-Traders, CIS Refunds, and Limited Companies.
Corporation Tax Computation: Manage computations and ensure compliance with regulations.
Self-Assessment Tax Return: Prepare self-assessment tax returns for self-employed individuals.
UK Property Income and CGT: Manage property income accounts and capital gains tax calculations.
VAT Registration & Return: Oversee VAT registrations and ensure timely and accurate returns.
Payroll Management: Run clients’ payrolls efficiently and accurately.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience working in an accountancy firm is essential.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office 365, Payroll Manager, IRIS, DocuSoft, Xero.

Professional Aspirations: Ideally, candidates will be studying towards or aspire to pursue professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, AAT, or ICB.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
