Tasks

You lead the client service function, providing guidance and support to your team.
You drive the success and growth of our accounts, managing key clients while overseeing others.
You build strong client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and timely responses to requests.
You translate client business and marketing briefs into strategic plans, ensuring alignment with KPIs and targets.
You prepare pitch materials and confidently present and sell new projects to our clients.
You oversee project execution, ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are managed, and communication runs smoothly.
You analyze and present data to demonstrate campaign effectiveness, ensuring accuracy across all accounts and systems.

Requirements

You have 5-7 years of professional experience in account management within the marketing field, especially in Influencer Marketing/Social Media Management.
You excel in communication, both verbally and in writing, and handle competing priorities with calmness under pressure.

You are adaptable, solution-focused, and committed to being a strong team player.
You are persuasive, skilled at presenting ideas, and open to feedback with a positive attitude.
