Plumbing and Heating Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and self-motivated Engineer to join one of the UK's leading specialists in Plumbing and Heating systems, based in the Diss area. Our client excels in the supply and installation of cutting-edge central heating and renewable energy systems, offering sustainable, energy-efficient alternatives to traditional carbon-based heating. Serving both residential and commercial sectors, they provide year-round solutions that combine innovation with environmental responsibility.

Due to the expansion of the business and demand for their services we have fantastic opportunity for an experience Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join their team.

Main Requirements for the successfulPlumbing and Heating Engineer:

Day to day duties will include installation of heating systems, hot water cylinders and air source heat pumps, maintenance and service work.

Minimum of 3 years experience in the heating industry.
NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating, Gas registered would be desired but not essential.
Practical experience in installing and servicing plumbing and heating systems.
Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and conduct repairs.
Experience working in both commercial and residential settings is a plus.
Excellent understanding of heating and unvented hot water systems.
A good understanding of the regulations governing plumbing and heating installations
Excellent attention to the detail to ensure we cover all aspects of the job required to complete.
Organisation skills to ensure all documentation have been completed efficiently and following time management criteria
Full UK driving licence, be trustworthy, courteous and have a positive attitude with good communication skills.

Salary £35,000- £40,000 per annum.
