A global luxury retailer, specialising in beauty and luxury accessories is looking for a deputy store manager to run one of its multi-million turnover, flagship stores. Alongside driving service, you’ll be responsible for the commercial performance of a luxury product category. You will also assume responsibility for the training, performance, and development of your team.

This role is unlike no other and requires an outgoing, highly motivated, and excellent people manager to be successful in the role. \n\nThe ideal candidate will come from a retail environment which has a strong focus on delivering the highest customer service experience possible. You’ll be an experienced leader who has a passion for team development.

The average length of service in the management team is one of the highest in the retail industry.

\n\nIn return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £35,000 with a performance related annual bonus of up to £4,200 per year. Tired of working long hours and every weekend? In this role you will only work two weekends a month and will only be working seven days in every fortnight.
