The role We're looking for Meetings and Events Coordinators to join our team. The role reports directly to the Customer Excellence Manager and is part of a team based from our Commercial Hub in Crick (NN6 7XR). In this job, you'll be the first person customers talk to, and you'll make sure they have everything they need from the start. You'll be busy taking lots of calls and emails, but your goal will be to make each customer feel special and to book as many group events and meetings as you can. Who we’re looking for If you're the kind of person who's always ready to help, can talk and write clearly, and you're good at staying organised and focused on what's important, we want you to join us! You'll be a key player in our team, making sure we all do a great job together. Plus, you'll get to know all about our hotels so you can tell customers about our offer and help us sell more. If you've worked in a busy call centre before, that's great! And if you're good at making deals and selling products, that's even better. Other businesses may call this role Customer Service Consultant, Sales Operations Agent, Call Centre Advisor, Customer Excellence Representative, Events Sales Assistant, Customer Experience Agent.
