Invision Recruitment are partnered with an Award-Winning, leading construction company who currently turnover circa£300 Million annually, whilst securing £2 Billion worth of developments in the pipeline.

Position: Project Quantity Surveyor

This flagship scheme consists of an old prison being demolished, to then be replaced by a huge residential development consisting of apartment blocks that will house close to 1000 units.

Key Responsibilities (Not Limited To)

Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a huge, flagship scheme, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of this live site, as well as managing the procurement of multiple packages at various stages of the build. Your role will involve, but not be limited to:

Reviewing the programme of works
Conducting monthly progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors
Organising pre-start meetings with relevant subcontractors
Distributing tender documentation to subcontractors
Analysing subcontractor tender packages
Awarding subcontractor packages
Valuing completed works and negotiating payments
Preparing and reviewing Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) on a monthly basis
Managing cost control and reporting
