Job Description

We're seeking an individual to take on the role of overseeing all aspects of our check and correct service. This includes promptly responding to alarms, managing queries, generating both basic and complex reports, and providing crucial support during the tendering process through meticulous data checks.

But it doesn't stop there – in this role, you'll also have the opportunity to directly engage with our clients, whether face-to-face or virtually, ensuring a positive end-to-end customer experience. If you're a detail-oriented problem-solver with a knack for delivering exceptional service, then we want you on our team

**You must be able to commute to Lytham half of the week**

Requirements

•Intermediate user of Excel and other Microsoft packages

•Aptitude to learn in-house data software

•Aptitude to manage and understand energy invoices and data

•Self-motivated with the initiative to learn and drive own development

•Results driven with a creative approach

•Good written and verbal communication skills

•Good level of numerical reasoning and problem solving
