Fabricator Welder - Job Summary: As a Fabricator Welder you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to create custom structures and products. This role requires proficiency in MIG, TIG, and MMA welding techniques, along with a strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings. The ideal candidate will possess a CSCS card, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards. Fabricator Welder Key Responsibilities:

Welding: Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on various metals, including steel, aluminium, and stainless steel, to fabricate custom components and structures.
Fabrication: Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts according to technical drawings and specifications, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine project requirements and specifications.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of completed welds and fabricated parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace and ensuring proper use of protective equipment.
Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain welding and fabrication equipment, identifying any maintenance needs and reporting issues promptly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure project timelines are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Travel: Travel to various job sites as needed to perform welding and fabrication tasks, requiring a valid driver's license and occasional overnight stays. Fabricator Welder Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fabricator welder role, with demonstrated proficiency in MIG, TIG, and MMA welding techniques.
CSCS Card: Possession of a valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card is beneficial.
Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Attention to Detail: High level of precision and attention to detail in all fabrication and welding tasks.
Safety Awareness: Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a fabrication and welding environment.
