An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Transformation Manager to lead strategic change and programme management within a dynamic organisation. The role involves driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimisation, with oversight of technology integration and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with senior leadership to shape business strategy
Managing strategic initiatives from concept to implementation
Leading complex project management and governance
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Motivating and developing a high-performing team

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in business transformation within food manufacturing or a similar sector
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and analytical abilities
Experience in technology integration and change management
