Plastics and Polymer Engineering

£80,000 OTE, 25hols + BHols, 7%pension.

South East England based.Hybrid split between home, office and 50% travelling to customers in Europe.

The European Sales Manager role is around 50% travelling across Europe. Office time will depend on travel, clients, and meetings.

Package:

£80,000 OTE. £60-65,000 is salary (negotiable) and sales bonus upto 30% (£18,000-20,000).

European Sales Manager

Manage the sales strategy for a specific portfolio of engineered plastic and polymers including key account development and liaison with marketing colleagues.
Develop European Sales strategies, and measure sales performance to large goals by monitoring smaller scale KPI’s and optimising sales plans.
A typical month for the European Sales Manager could include key account management, development of relationships, attending customer meetings and trade events, plus leadership of bids, tenders and closing sales deals.
In addition to a technical or engineering background, the ideal skillset will include sales strategy, leadership of bids, tenders and achieving sales goals.
