£24,000 + Up to 10% bonus + £500 training allowance

We’re not one’s to brag, but we’re experts at what we do, and can help you do your best work and develop into a well-rounded client service specialist where you’ll delight our clients. You’ll be taking briefs, delivering creative media campaigns and reporting on their performance.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

Help plan and execute advertising campaigns
Set up, manage and optimise various digital platforms such as Google Ads, programmatic, social media, Spotify etc.
Proof-read job adverts and creative work
Maintain strong relationships with media partners
Set job listings live and quality check them
Manage client account admin
- Media usage reports
- Performance reports
- Spend reports
- Suggesting improvements
Undertake desk-based market/competitor research
Involvement in creative briefing and outputs
Liaise with external suppliers
Provide great client service across your accounts
Become an intrinsic and key part of the client services team

What we require from you:

Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong and clear communication skills for client presentations and internal collaboration
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations

In return,we offer a salary of £24,000 bonus scheme of up to 10% of salary, volunteer days, monthly social fund, 28 days’ holiday (plus Christmas closure and your birthday off), personal training allowance, and modern offices in Altrincham town centre.
