Our client is an established multi-service Law firm based in the heart of Sheffield City Centre.
If successful, you will perform the following role as a Legal Secretary:

Drafting and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
Managing and organising legal files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Liaising with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals as necessary.
Maintaining the lawyer's calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and court appearances.
Handling telephone calls and inquiries, relaying messages accurately.
Assisting with billing and invoicing procedures.
Performing general office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the legal department.

Proven experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant (must have audio typing experience)
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and legal software.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
