Location: Hinckley

Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 basic, with uncapped commission potential up to £40,000 per year

What You’ll Do:

Schedule sales meetings with business owners and Directors to promote our services
Collaborate with your Business Development Manager to create new sales opportunities
Generate leads, set appointments, and secure referrals through daily new business activity
Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets in a dynamic and supportive culture
Accurately build and manage your sales pipeline

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in outbound sales is preferred but not essential
Ability to work effectively to meet KPIs
Proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for sales targets
Strong organisational skills and a resilient, outgoing personality
Professional approach with a keen business sense and entrepreneurial spirit
