Job Title: Senior/ Block Manager

The Role: As a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee a portfolio of properties within close proximity to our office. You will ensure the smooth operation of these properties, maintain strong communication with both residents and stakeholders, and respond to their needs promptly. Your role will include:

Managing a diverse portfolio of c22 properties totaling around 260 units.

Addressing residents' needs and concerns, providing excellent customer service.

Working closely with the team and assisting when necessary to cover absences.

Ensuring compliance and maintaining organized records.

Attending occasional AGMs; we value work-life balance and limit out-of-hours work.

Key Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will have:

A minimum of 3 years of property management experience.

Experience looking after a large site, upwards of 120 units.

Self-motivation, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and great communication abilities.

A willingness to work in the office (3 days a week)
