£50,000 - £70,000 Basic + Bonus + Healthcare + Pension

Enjoy working an Estimator position where you will be offered plenty of variation from providing flexible estimating support to respond to new tender opportunities, to delivering bidding excellence to secure a large variety of new contracts in line with the company Sales Strategy.

My client is starting to create a strong presence throughout the UK, and they proving to grow into a force within their sector. Through continued growth, they require a Bid Estimator to support the wider bid team to create tailored cost proposals and propositions in response to tenders in a timely manner. Your duties:

Take a hands-on role in solutioning and cost modelling high-quality winning bids
Gain a deep understanding of potential clients’ needs, tender requirements, and business operations, by reading and digesting client specifications.
Completing all technical and commercial amendments, discussions and negotiations arising from the submission of a tender throughout the process right up to contract award, and beyond into operational delivery as required.
Hybrid role – requiring travel to a local office once or twice a week, as well as site visits

The Requirements:

Estimator / Pricing experience
Experience in Facilities Management / Maintenance / SFG20
Exquisite maths & IT ability
Willing to travel to one of their offices as a local base – London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester or Leeds
